We spent some time shopping around online and comparing products and prices — as you do. Due to lockdown, we had to trust an online buy without viewing, One thing that immediately stood out to us was the live chat help from Yardistry Direct in the UK. This made our selection so much easier! Answering product questions, delivery questions and just having the opportunity to chat with their knowledgeable staff made us feel confident about purchasing with Yardistry. My husband also appreciated the detailed drawings and measurements provided on the website, this helped him plan out the space needed for our garden.

The website itself was entirely straightforward to use. Something my husband and I were very grateful for! Step by step ordering process and secure payment too. After we had made our decision it literally took just a few clicks and the online order was confirmed. We received an email right away with the order details. I think it is also fair to mention that the delivery team were also top notch. They made contact, gave us dates and got us booked in really efficiently. Delivery was straightforward and the driver was friendly and pleasant too, as they state they will need some help to unload the boxes to the front of house.

We enlisted the help of our neighbour and his son and within a day and a half our gazebo was up.

They are both in the building trade and were really impressed with the detailed instructions and exact fitting of all components. No messing about to make things fit, it was all as promised.

So overall, a great experience from start to finish with Yardistry Direct. We would highly recommend them and are delighted with our purchase and the finished product in the garden. It looks superb and we know we will enjoy it for years to come.
